The peroxidase–oxidase (PO) reaction involves the oxidation of reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide by molecular oxygen. When both reactants are supplied continuously to a mixture containing enzyme and phenolic compound, will exhibit oscillatory behavior. Previous models have omitted compound scheme. current paper, we present new results with oscillating PO that add our understanding its rich dynamics, describe variant previous model, which includes chemistry phenol mechanism. This model simulate most including observations presented here. For example, reproduces two main observed experiments: (i) period-doubling scenario, takes place at low pH, period-adding scenario involving (MMOs), occurs high pH. Our simulations suggest alternative explanations for pH-sensitivity dynamics. We show MMO domains separated narrow parameter regions chaotic behavior or quasiperiodicity. These start as tongues secondary develop into strange attractors through breakdown.
